My approach
I believe growth happens best when the whole person is seen—mind, body, and spirit. My work is both holistic and eclectic, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and existential approaches. Whether we’re addressing the challenges of chronic illness, navigating neurodivergence, battling mental illness, or pursuing career and academic goals, our work together is collaborative and tailored. Counseling sessions focus on healing, understanding patterns, and creating emotional resilience. Coaching sessions are more future-focused, centering on skill-building, problem-solving, and concrete action steps. In both, I bring a warm, structured, and strengths-based approach that honors your individuality while equipping you with the tools and insights to create meaningful, lasting change.
